This is for those who refuse to "speak the Queen's english". You know who you are. ;)

Slippin' and a-slidin'
Did you have one of these when you were a kid? I did... before the pool at the end or all the funky stuff they've added since. Good times. ;)

The Picnic - Andur & Natalie
Sulking...
The rare "just a smile!" (no open mouth full of food... no goofy face...):
The dogpile... because there's plenty of room among the plates and food and people:
This one's just funny - make it bigger to see all the facial expressions:
Nice:
I thought this one was funny... it was an accidental one, I was actually trying to catch Quin but he was too fast for me:
It was a fun day. Later, they tried out our new slip & slide thingy - so someday soon I'll have to post pictures of that. ;)
The Picnic - Quin
Eatin' a samwich:
I told him he had to hurry and eat before the bugs did...
"I can't eat this... the bugs will be sad!"
Poor cowlicked kid - could use a serious haircut:
He was running in circles around our blanket... I caught this picture by following him with my camera. Not too shabby:
As long as Owen doesn't cry, I allow the lovin' to continue, three year old style:
One more... Andur and Natalie's turn!
The Picnic - Owen
Today, we found the most perfect place for a picnic... it was perfectly grassy, perfectly shady, perfectly close... it was... my backyard. ;)
Owen was perfectly content. He's totally in his element when out-of-doors, as I'm sure most babies are.
Ahh, the thumb:
It was strongly recommended that I take a picture of the fly on his head:
Achoo!
Bless you!
Achoo!
Bless you!
Whoa... thanks...
Happy baby!
Stay tuned for more on "The Picnic"...

Sweet Taters
My baby's getting so big! I put him in 6-9 month jammies last night and they fit! He's not even 5 months old, yet!
When I sit him up he stays put for a bit and this morning, I found him on his back when I know I laid him down on his tummy to sleep last night. He's been working on that for a while, but could only get to his side. Guess he conquered that one!
He grabs at everything and brings it all to his slobbery mug. He's working on his two bottom toothies and is constantly drooling!
He's still a little puke-meister and meds don't really slow it any so we rice-up his bottles and that seems to help some. I tried it with a spoon a few times and he didn't seem to care for the consistency of it. I tried sweet potatoes, last night, though and he couldn't eat them fast enough. It was funny! (And oh-so-messy!)

Hey, where's Perry? and other randomness.
Yeah, so I got a little busy, lately, and forgot I wanted to keep adding pictures. Oops. But, more on that, later. Hopefully not too much later, though.
Natalie's my budding artist. She's good. And I'm not just being biased, she's really, really good. She has this knack for adding detail and she just rocks. This was one of her from memory, jotted down a sketch in a minute attempts:
In the future, I hope to take pictures of more of her work.
Quin's my musically-inclined chicky-poo. He got a guitar from his musically-inclined grandpa for his 3rd birthday. Here they are jammin' together:
My dad was getting a kick out of his rendition of "Old MacDonald Had a Farm". It was pretty cute. :)
Andur's talent is video games. And remembering weird things. And, apparently, shooting a gun. We went shooting, today, with a friend of ours. It was both our first time. Our friend's a jailer, so not his first time. ;) It was AWESOME. Yeah, I never thought I'd like shooting a rifle so much! It's very cool! Anywho, Andur was pretty good at it... aiming and hitting the target, that is. I was better with the rifle than the pistol. No pictures, though, sorry.
And Grandma Karen, this is for you:
Natalie made this little reminder note for herself back when school was still keeping my kids out of my hai- er.... I mean, educating my sweet younglings. I thought you might like this. ;)

Ch-ch-ch-changes!
Time to face the strange ch-ch-changes!
From this:
From this:
To this:
This was taken May 6th. He's even more different, now... I'll have to post more.... later. ;)
He's 4 months old, now. Loves his fingers (and his thumb!). He is at the grabbing things and bringing them to his mouth stage. He doesn't roll over, yet, but he tries. He's really most content to just stay put, like the other three were. He tries to laugh but gets the hiccups every single time. He smiles ALL the time! He's a happy little dude! He goes to bed around 7:30pm and still gets up 1-2 times during the night, depending on his growing. As of yesterday, he's 13 lbs. 6.5 oz. and 25 inches long. He's a pukey little guy which isn't helped by the fact that I'm sure his first two teeth are making their way through. He loves to be talked to and will talk back. He's our little sweetie!
All or nothing
Downloading pictures is my least favorite pastime. I avoid it because there are usually so many and, well, it's boring. I have it in my head that I have to do all of them at the same time, so I usually just don't do any. Well, I'm on rockin' meds, these days, and my "strict thinking" (OCPD) is becoming more manageable so I'm allowing myself to do only (at least) one post a day till I can get caught up. I'm a nutcase, I know. ;)
First one:
My used-to-be baby turned three this past March. (See? I've had a lot for a while!) On his birthday, we said goodbye to the diapers. And he rocked the potty training chart! We said tell us when you have to go and he has ever since! He still has a night time wetting once in a while, but he'll grow out of that soon enough. He never hesitated when at a store, either. He was ready!

I love that stinky face!
So, more to come. :)

O W E N
Owen is starting to reach for things and grab at them, so cute and fun to watch!
The other day, it looked like he had discovered his toes and was staring at them intently. This morning, he was curled up in a ball, inching his fingers down his little legs trying so desperately to reach them. Then he would straighten out as if to take a break... just to curl up and go at it, again.
I love this baby!
He's three months old, weighs 12 lbs. 6 oz. and is 24 inches long. He eats 5 oz. every three hours during the day, is in bed by 7:30pm at night and still wakes up once (or twice if I'm lucky) for food at night. He was starting to sleep through the night (12 hours!) but got a stomach bug or reflux inflammation of sorts and decreased his eating during the day so the nightly feedings started up, again. I'm hoping to kiss them goodbye, again, real soon! He's usually up for the day somewhere between 6am and 7:30am.
To sleep, this kid has to be on his (*gasp*) tummy. But, since birth, he's had awesome neck control and just simply prefers that. I'm more than willing to oblige.
His hair is starting to grow and he's super fuzzy because of it - it's still too soon to tell if it's going to stay darkish or go blonde. I'm guessing a light brown like Natalie's or a dark blonde. We'll see, I guess! I'm hoping it does stay dark, though.
He's super smiley and even tries to laugh. We can always get him almost laughing but it gives him the hiccups every time, guaranteed. It's funny!
His little leggies are so rolly-poly and his cheekies are so soft and kissable! I just love him! His eyes are still blue, but my kids all started out that way and stayed that way for a while - then went all hazel on me. Maybe he'll stay blue!!
I knew the three month mark would come but, man, did it take its time getting here! I started the crazy-person meds and have never felt better! (Seriously, I can't remember ever feeling so good!)
I've taken lots of pics and hope to get them loaded tonight...
